Conaction" is a congress held annually to connect with the AIESEC membership in Guatemala.
In general, it is sought that this be a conference where the membership connects with different objectives that allow them to have a sense of belonging to the organization, that they feel empowered, in addition to increasing their passion and pride for Guatemala.
That is why in 2019 the launch campaign for the congress was defined with the concept of "Proud to be chapin" (the word "chapin" is a Guatemalan slang that is used as an adjective for a person belonging to the country).Proud to be a chapín represents our purpose of: "achieving victories for Guatemala", personalizes the root of our entity and demonstrates our devotion to impacting and inspiring the chapín leadership.
