AIESEC in UMG, is a local committee of the AIESEC in Guatemala of the world's largest youth organization AIESEC. AIESEC is a community of young people passionately driven by a cause: peace and the full development of human potential.In AIESEC at UMG they are locally characterized as "Alligators". For them, being an "alligator" is being someone who challenges their knowledge and skills, knowing that they are working as a volunteer for the same purpose.
In AIESEC at UMG they seek to develop leadership and leave a legacy for Guatemala through challenging experiences, in order to empower young people to be agents of change working based on AIESEC standards.
That is why this brand is specifically designed to connect with the membership of this committee, to be able to engage with them from an attractive and cognitive organizational culture that involves young people to achieve positive results.
